My fellow citizens of Elmburg,

today I stand before you to present a groundbreaking idea that will protect our wonderful land of Elmburg from the encroachment of other countries. I speak, of course, of a wall - a gigantic, monumental wall that will surround Elmburg and protect us from all strangers who try to invade our paradise!

Now I can hear some of you saying, "But Elmburg is already a safe and peaceful country. Why do we need a wall?" My dear friends, I understand your concerns. But let me tell you: this wall will not only protect us from potential dangers, it will also preserve our uniqueness.

The wall around Elmburg will be a symbol of strength and independence. It will allow us to preserve our sovereignty and determine our own destiny. No other countries will be able to impose their ideas and culture on us. We will make Elmburg great again!

Just think how impressive this wall will be. It will be the biggest ever built. It will be so massive that no one, really no one, will dare to overcome it. And for those who do try, we will set up a system of trenches and traps to stop them. No intruder will ever manage to break through our borders!

And let me assure you that we will not pay for that wall. Oh no, my friends, we will pass the cost on to others. We will force the countries that are trying to send their citizens into our country to pay for the wall. We will send them the bill and they will pay whether they like it or not!

Now, some of you may have concerns that such a wall could close us off from the outside world. But let me assure you that this will not be the case. We will have gates in the wall, beautiful gates that will welcome our chosen visitors. Anyone who receives our approval will be allowed to step through these gates to enter our wonderful land. But be warned, we will strictly vet the conditions of entry. Only the best of the best will have the privilege of being part of our Elmburg.

With this wall, we will protect our jobs and preserve our wealth. Our economy will flourish as we no longer have to bear the burden of immigrants. Elmburg will once again be for Elmburgers - and no one else!
